The following  are the move - in proceedures.

1)  Confirm and sign the lease agreement.

2)  Fill up the tenant's information sheet.

3)  Supply us the Insurance Certificate  - Compulsory required by city by-law

4 )  Pay deposit  and 6  signed checks in advance.

5)   Received the keys.
